EVENT REVIEW: Kids Fashion Week DMV

In the words of Michael Jackson and Lionel Richie "We are the world, we are the children", and these children strutted their stuff like the world was all theirs.

Kids Fashion Week DMV showcased amazing child models and amazing fashions and designers catering to the youth fashion.

Held at the Silver Spring Civic Center, we got a chance to see these amazing kids put on a show like no other.

The event as a whole is an experience for the youth of the dmv to experience the outlet of fashion while gaining the confidence and empowerment to move forward in this world. What I appreciated most of this event was its ability to let the kids have artistic freedom and it was all about their visions and their moment in time.
