CHEF SPOTLIGHT: Jeremiah Josey

Jeremiah is an autistic 17-year-old aspiring chef and published author, making his mark on the world of culinary one kitchen at a time!

Growing steadily in the food industry, Jeremiah has been working diligently to showcase his love and talents for cooking. He has also worked next to some of the industry's finest Chef’s, such as Chef Kwame, who has appeared on Top Chef of Bravo TV.

Jeremiah dreams that one day he can work with chefs from all around the world! He wants to gain experience by learning about different foods and culture. This year he will meet and work with Chef Franklyn Becker from Top Bravo TV Masters, Chef Paul Denamiel, owner and executive chef of Le Rivage, and Chef Grant, Executive Chef of Sweet Home Cafe located in the National Museum of African American History and Culture. Jeremiah is well on his way to becoming a great pastry chef.
