With no new music on Friday, Kanye West finally , I repeat FINALLY drops the second installment in his resurrected G.O.O.D. Friday series.
Yeezy teams with Kendrick Lamar on “No More Parties in LA,” which he co-produced with Madlib. On their first-ever collaboration, K-Dot and Yeezy trade bars over the soulful six-minute track, which samples Ghostface Killah.
Kendrick goes back to his wild nights filled with women, while Kanye looks back on his begining days as a rapper: “Second class bitches wouldn’t let me on first base / A backpack ni**a with luxury taste buds and a Louis Vuitton / Still got all of my pay stubs.”
Swish, the long-awaited follow-up to 2013’s Yeezus, is due Feb. 11.
