EVENT REVIEW: Rose Fashion Show 5

This past Saturday I was lucky enough to be invited to cover the Rose Fashion Show 5 and cover the Red Carpet (Visuals coming this week). The show in its 5th year was developed by Fashion Designer, Creator and CEO Wizzolx and the event has become one of the premiere staple fashion shows here in the DMV.

Located at the Show Place Arena, which is a monumental arena in itself to have an event. The location was set in a futuristic take on modern fashion and showcased some of the best designers here in the city:

click each designer and check out their work

Hosted by DC's own Instagram Queen Jay Cole , Model and Manager Ryan Butler & Recording Artist/Radio Personality Shorty Da Prince.

The hosts I must say were chosen wisely, they kept the crowd up and gave lots of laughs and entertainment throughout the show.

In addition to the fashion, we also were able to see some dope performances from recording artists from the city such as;

Also performances from an amazing Dance team and the undisputed Models Inc.

Fashion Designer & Creator of ROSE Fashion Show Wizzolx

On the One's & Two's we had DJ Stevo & DJ Clottey

who kept the crowd bumping and the music pumping while audience enjoyed the amazing fashions.

Backstage was amazing to see, so many models, so many stylists, so many make up artists and so much practice. I was in awe at the magnitude of creativity happening before my eyes. Each designer added their hint of originality to each brand and it was amazing to capture all of it.

Many of the whose who around the country attended the event, many who you will see in the visual component coming later this week. All in all the event was a great success and now the rating time

I rate the event a 10/10....... I really enjoyed myself and the fashions were out of the world, take a look below for more pictures from this amazing event.
