The PR Alliance LLC is an entertainment Public Relations firm based in, but not limited to, the DMV-area. In an ever-changing industry, The PR Alliance specializes in bringing an innovative approach to increasing clientele reach and audience engagement. The firm’s CEOs and Co-Founders, Mariah Oates and Keisha Brewer, have complimentary backgrounds and a diversified talent pool that allows them to give their clients professional exposure in various markets.

Mariah Oates is a graduate from Towson University with a B.A. in Mass Communications – Journalism & New Media track, offering a broadcasting and media relations perspective.

Keisha Brewer is a graduate from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore with a B.A. in English Communications – News Writing & Reporting track, offering a strategic communications perspective.

After college, both partners landed jobs in Communications and Public Relations-related fields, and decided to merge their passions by opening The PR Alliance in the fourth quarter of 2016.
