Janelle Z is an accomplished and celebrated makeup artist within the cosmetic industry. From an early age it was clear to Janelle that she had a gift for creativity.
A native of Washington DC by way of Baltimore MD, Janelle attended the Bennett Career Institute and received her makeup certification. After recieveing her formal training, her passion for cosmetics grew even stronger and learned that she had a naturally gifted hand for makeup. There after Janelle went on to work in department stores behind the makeup counters for leading cosmetic companies such as Sephora, Ulta, LoLa Cosmetics , Bobby Brown, M.A.C and as a featured makeup artist in The Source Magazine. While working for these reputable companies, Janelle soon realized that her love for makeup had a deeper meaning and a bigger mission, to make women look and feel more beautiful from the inside out.
Janelle's super talent and ever-building determination has taken her beyond the counters of department stores. Today, Janelle is continuing to grow as an artist as well as a brand. With over 8 years of experience as a makeup artist, Janelle is well on her way to becoming a staple in the Fashion and Beauty industry. With her always evolving talent and a keen eye for beauty, Janelle is on a mission to become one of the leading voices in the Fashion & Beauty industry.
