EVENT REVIEW: PatriceLIVE 'Wonder Woman' Album Release Party

Patrice , Patrice, Patrice LIVE.... man oh man how could I sum up this epic vocalist in one word......IMMACULATE!!!

I was thankful enough to cover her Album Release Party November of Last year and it was a pure treat. Held at the newest crave Redrocks on H Street, it gave for an epic turnout. I have to give thanks first to Renee Kelly, PR extraordinaire who gave us access to cover and really enjoy this magical night.

Hosted by none other then 'That's What's Poppin' herself, Radio Personality and Media Maven Deja Perez and of course she held it down with amazing questions, amazing stage presence and her famous Poppin antics. When I say amazing questions, you may wonder what I mean, well during the Album Release Patrice LIVE allowed us to not only hear her new music, but Deja Perez asked questions to allow us to get a more in depth feel of the album "Wonder Woman".

Of course Patrice LIVE set the stage on fire, giving us dope performances throughout the night.

Her album brought together pain, love, happiness, joy and hurt all in one and it allowed the audience to deeply connect with who Patrice LIVE is as a woman.

The crowd went nuts with her fast jams like : "Let's Go", "Promise", and the fan favorite "Dope Gold" which really had the crowd going crazy.

Of course through the great songs, there were also some very, very sad songs which Deja helped assist her through .....and no I did not mean that Deja started singing lol, but she comforted Patrice as some music was very difficult to listen to.

All in all the event was a huge success and was packed beyond measures, I got trampled a few times trying to capture my perfect shot, but I got it, thank goodness. Wonder Woman Album Release party was one for the books and you really just appreciate being apart of her beginning to something very great.

RATING: 10/10
