Indie Fashion Week is a semi-annual series of events designed to highlight and showcase exclusive and/or original products from independent, emerging, and sustainable fashion collectives and houses. Its primary mission is to bridge the gap between consumers and independent brands through creative means of awareness, style consciousness and brand expansion potential within the Greater Washington, DC area – across all markets.

I was privileged enough to witness Indie Fashion Week Runway Finale Show held at the newest sensation Saint Yves this past October and I must saw it was quite the sight to see. If fashion is your go to and you want the experience of NYFW in DC, then Indie Fashion Week is something you do want to miss.
