Angela White, aka Blac Chyna, opens up about Wendy Williams, sharing an update on the former TV host, who's currently under a conservatorship. White tells ET's Deidre Behar that Williams called her recently and invited her to come visit her in New York. However, White explains, the facility that Wendy lives in will not allow visitors, nor incoming phone calls. White says the facility is 'not treating her right,' and adds that it 'breaks [her] heart.' White shares a heartfelt birthday wish for Williams, who turned 61 in July, and says the radio icon is in 'high spirits.' White spoke with ET while promoting her first lead role in a movie, 'Pardon Me: The Bevelyn B. Williams Story,' in theaters on Aug. 15
